    Default Resolution 2160p Black Screen

    Hi and happy 2020.

new year new question, this Christmas I acquired a new OLED 4k smartv and new 2.1 HDMI cable cord for Dreambox One
    HDMI 2.1 / UHD HDR 4K 8K 120Hz 2160p 4320p 3D / HDMI 2.0 / eARC Dolby Vision Atmos

Everything works great at 1080p, but if I want to choose from the configuration menu of my dreambox one, the 2160p screen resolution always stays black screen.
The hdmi cable is not the problem with other cables the result is the same.

Does the default Skin support 2160p?
Is there any way for the interface to work at 2160p?

    Greetings to all

Hi the dmone works perfectly with the 2160p resolution if you are left with the black screen it could also depend on your TV.

    Hi Deskjet.

My new TV is an LG OLED55B9PLA webOS 4.5 of the year 2019. Supports UHD, 3840 x 2160

I can reproduce without problem content 4k hdr, hevc, etc ...
But I can't put my dreamone at 2160p. I do not understand why I can not put it, always black screen

My HTPC with nVidia 1030, works well with windows 10 and 4k resolutions, shows the image and the windows desktop without problem.

Hi, if you have a way try the dmone on another uhd tv so you are sure if the problem lies in the tv or in the box.

I have discovered that the refresh rate is the problem.
    @ 2160p 60Hz black screen
    @ 2160p 50Hz OK
    @ 2160p 30Hz OK
    @ 2160p 24Hz OK

I don't know why at 60Hz he doesn't let me see anything, any ideas?

Ok it can also depend on your TV, in any case we will check and see if something can be done. Thanks for the info

Ok Deskjet, thanks to you as always.
At the moment I leave it in 50Hz tests, and I will check if the interface is displayed correctly. Greetings.
