[ElitePanel] update to v7.1r4
- add button to enable multiple bouquets in Elite Panel Setup
- add button to enable recordings in Elite Panel Setup
- add button for panic function in Elite Panel Setup (press 0 button when enabled - history will be cleared and it will zap automatically to first channel ind bouquet)
- update german and italian language

- fix channel number that was not displayed correct in infobar when terrestrial channels are selected (thanks pluto78)

[EliteRemote] update to v1.6

- removed ok button due to problems with some MoviePlayer Plugins and with DreamOS MediaPlayer
